I am a nationally certified massage therapist and have been practicing for over 18 years. I am a graduate of the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida. I have a great love for massage - particularly the mind body connection.

Massage has come a long way and recent studies have demonstrated the importance of bodywork and it's positive effects on the human body. Having worked in a clinical/chiropractic environment, I have a thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

I am continually learning new techniqes and incorporate a 'blend' of deep muscular and Swedish massage, reflexology, pressure points, stretching and polarity energy therapy as part of a 60 - 90 minute therapy session. I try to customize my techniques to meet the needs of each individual I work with.
